This article covers how to launch a verification in Horizon, check its status, cancel or resend it, and view its results.
A verification is an individual compliance check or document request Horizon runs for a workforce member. For example, a criminal record check, a driving abstract, or a document sent for signature. Verifications are usually launched automatically based on a member's assigned Risk Profile, but administrators can also trigger them manually at any time. Once completed, results are evaluated against your organization's rules and can generate a violation if they fall below the required threshold.
