What to know before interpreting results

• Verification relies on the information provided by the candidate (program name, institution, etc.). An error in these details can prevent validation, even if the credential is genuine.
• Diplomas from international institutions are more complex to verify (differences in education systems, procedures, and language), and successful international validations remain less common.
• An invalidation does not mean the diploma doesn't exist. It simply means Trustii was unable to confirm it with the information available. In this case, it's recommended to review the details with the candidate rather than draw a hasty conclusion.
