This article gives you a quick overview of the Dashboard and the tabs you'll use to manage Horizon. For definitions of specific terms, see the Horizon Glossary.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

The Dashboard

The Dashboard opens to a feed of unresolved violations across your organization, so your team can see what needs attention as soon as you log in.

  • New violations: A running count of violations created in the last 7 days.
  • Unresolved violations: The total number of violations currently awaiting action.
  • Breakdown by impact level: Unresolved violations grouped by severity, so the most urgent issues stand out first.

Filter and search violations

  • Switch between All, Active, or Resolved violations
  • Filter by impact level
  • Filter by time period, or a custom date range
  • Filter by Assigned to, to see violations routed to a specific reviewer
  • Search for a specific individual or risk using the search bar

The violation table shows

  • Risk: The risk associated with the violation, so you know which compliance requirement triggered it.
  • Individual: The workforce member the violation applies to.
  • Impact Level: How severe the consequences would be if left unresolved, so you can prioritize which violations to act on first.
  • Reported: The date and time the violation was created, so you can see how long it's been outstanding.
  • Status: Where the violation stands in the review process.
  • Assigned to: The reviewer responsible for resolving it, so accountability is always clear.

Platform tabs

  • Dashboard: Real-time overview of workforce compliance and active violations.
  • Risk Profiles: Configuration area for workforce compliance requirements by role.
  • Risk Register: Where risks, rules, violations, and incidents are managed. A badge shows the number of items needing attention.
  • Workforce: Directory of all monitored members and applicants. Expand this tab to access Members, Applicants, and the Organizational Chart.
  • Services: Configuration area for verification and screening services.
  • Verifications: Management and tracking of individual verification requests and results.

Global Controls

  • Team Toggle: Filter dashboard data by team, region, or business unit, if your organization is divided that way.
  • Language Toggle: Switch the platform language between English and French. This applies across the entire platform, not just the Dashboard.
  • Settings: Internal user management, permissions, custom fields, documents, and system settings.
